The house offers 80 m² of living space, two bedrooms with high-quality double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, wood-burning stove, and a heated hot tub on the terrace. Surrounding it are 16 hectares of nature, a private lake, and complete privacy.
Relax Beneath the Stars
A hot tub for up to six people awaits on the terrace. At night, the area is remarkably dark, with very little light pollution and spectacular views of the stars. On cooler evenings, the wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere indoors.
Natural Surroundings, Modern Comfort
To ensure a comfortable stay from day one, the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, air conditioning with heating function, and ceiling fans throughout the living areas and on the terrace.
All windows and the balcony door are fitted with mosquito screens, allowing you to enjoy fresh air without unwanted visitors.
The dining area comfortably accommodates the entire group.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and blender. Those who enjoy cooking will find everything they need. Guests who prefer grilling can make use of the nearby quincho.
